Healing Light Meditation

A guided imagery and visualization technique that uses the mind-body connection to lead us into a deep feeling of wellbeing and to help restore our harmonious state. We explore positive images to direct our awareness into experiencing balance and inner joy. Guided imagery is clinically proven to effectuate positive change in the mind and body, let’s take a moment to nourish ourselves. We start with gentle stretching or a breathing exercise to help us tune in.

No special setup required, just a quiet and comfortable seat. (15-minute session)
