Evening Stretch and Yoga Nidra

We start with gentle tension-releasing stretches and calming breathwork to help us tune in for a practice of conscious deep relaxation. Embark on a beautiful, personal journey throughout your body as we tune into the subtle flow of life energy and learn to release any blockages to that flow. Deeply calming, healing and restoring. Please dress comfortably, prepare a quiet space with soft ambient light. You will be lying down on a mat, have a blanket/ bolster if desired. (30-minute session)
