Breathe With Me

Guided breathing practice of gentle exercises to help us connect to a state of inner calm and physical wellbeing. One of the most effective stress-relief and anxiety-reducing tools. Getting in touch with our breathing rhythm brings balance and helps us form an inner anchor. A form of active mediation, breathwork creates a perfect meditative opportunity for those who find their mind too restless during traditional mindfulness practice.

Yoga Nidra

A practice of conscious deep relaxation. Embark on a beautiful, personal journey throughout your body as we tune into the subtle flow of life energy and learn to release any blockages to that flow. Deeply calming, healing, and restoring. Dress comfortably, prepare a quiet space where you will not be disturbed with soft ambient light. Make sure that the room is not too cold or too hot. You will be lying down on a mat, have a blanket/ bolster if desired.
