My vision of wellness holds a strong belief that yoga is for everyone. I delight in teaching groups of all levels and particularly in introducing beginners to the world of yoga and relaxation practices. Breathe for Life creates safe, accessible, and welcoming programs that inspire a general sense of well-being and enhance creativity and quality of life. The sessions are based on the wellness practices I have created and can be customized depending on your goals.
