Calm Strength Meditation

Learning to access a state of inner focus and stillness so we can be prepared to persevere during challenging moments and can reach for it when we need to be unwavering in the pursuit of our goals or stay true to our values. We start with gentle stretching or a breathing exercise to help us tune in. No special setup required, just a quiet and comfortable seat. (15-minute session)
