Yoga Nidra

A practice of conscious deep relaxation. Embark on a beautiful, personal journey throughout your body as we tune into the subtle flow of life energy and learn to release any blockages to that flow. Deeply calming, healing, and restoring. Dress comfortably, prepare a quiet space where you will not be disturbed with soft ambient light. Make sure that the room is not too cold or too hot. You will be lying down on a mat, have a blanket/ bolster if desired. (30-minute session)
