Breathe, Relax and Restore

Tune in for a calming breathing practice to help release tension and enter a state of balance and peace. We continue with a restorative yoga nidra segment inducing deep relaxation as we rotate awareness throughout the body in order to release blockages and restore an optimal life energy flow.
Dress comfortably, prepare a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. You will be sitting for the first part of the practice, then lying down on a mat. Have a blanket/ bolster if desired. (30-minute session)
