Loving Kindness Meditation

From the Buddhist Metta practice, this meditation cultivates kindness, warmth, caring, compassion, and good will which in turn transform our experience, open our hearts and grow our ability to be loving towards others and ourselves. We start with gentle stretching or a breathing exercise to help us tune in. No special setup required, just a quiet and comfortable seat. (15-minute session)
