Emilia K Valtcheva
Founder, Breathe for Life
I have completed my undergraduate and graduate education in the areas of Literature, Behavioral Science, and Industrial/ Organizational Psychology and have built a successful career as a Human Resources professional. My introduction to yoga came through the tradition of kundalini and hatha yoga. I noticed that my practice gradually began to influence many aspects of my life. My newly found dedication to yoga and engaging this restoration system for discovering balance in the world of many roles that come with the family, professional and personal life today led me to pursue further training as a yoga teacher.
Through the exploration of the corporate yoga teaching modality, I am fortunate to have found a way of uniting the love for the field of human resources with my passion for living in a well balanced way which promotes personal growth and nurtures well-being in every aspect of life. I truly believe that even in the midst of our challenging schedules we can cultivate mindfulness and learn to mitigate the everyday stress factors of modern society through honoring the need for rest and relaxation. I encourage each of you to take the first step towards creating space in your busy day for bringing equilibrium back into your world and allow it to empower your life.
I look forward to the joy of sharing the insights of my wellness practice with you!
